FAQ
Q: What are the advantages to taking short community education classes?
A: The short “Morning Mini™” class is designed to focus on one specific area of study and includes enough practice time to ensure that you will know the new skill so well you can use it with your clients that same day.
When you take your continuing education classes in short bites of 4 hour/4 credits, you can easily earn your CE credits fast and in the most cost effective way! Come to your ‘Mini” with fellow massage therapists, learn your new skill together, and then perhaps “do lunch” with your massage friends after class!
Add a “Mini” to your schedule, the rest of your weekend is yours to enjoy as you please.
Q: What skill level is necessary to take a “Mini?”
A: Whether you are a recent graduate of massage school or a veteran in the massage profession, you will benefit from learning and practicing the essential massage skills taught in your “Mini.”
Q: What are some examples of “Mini” classes that I can choose from?
A: “Morning Mini™” topics include PNF, BodyMind Bridge, Trigger Point Therapy, Ultimate Shoulder, and Kinesiology Revisited-Clay Play.
Q: What if I already have many of these skills mastered?
A: Want more challenge? Then consider becoming a continuing education instructor yourself! “So You Want to Teach?” is a class where you as a veteran massage therapist learn the step by step basics of how to teach your own continuing education class, and thereby pass on your skills, experience, and expertise to your fellow professionals.
