Kinesiology Revisited!
If you ever wish you had paid more attention in Kinesiology class, or you just want to review major muscles, this class is for you!
Whether you are a new massage
professional or a seasoned veteran, this class will assist you in
remembering the time honored OIAs that are the basis of understanding
the nature of our work.
You will be "on the table" for 80% of this class, seeing clear visuals of each of 16 muscles, revisit the origin, insertion, an actions, and then palpate these on a partner. All to the rhythm of upbeat music!
This is a class for all those who have fallen in love with muscle! We will explore the magic and mystery of human movement as generated by the muscle tissue that we get to experience every day with our clients.
